PERMIT FEES - The first 2 acres: $400.00

Greater than 2 acres but not more than 50 acres: $400 + $100 for each acre in excess of 2 acres.

Greater than 50 acres: $5200 + $50 for each acre in excess of 50 acres.

PERMIT/REVIEW FEE - $275.00 Flat Fee

Note: Plan review fee and permit fees are to be submitted with the plans and application package.
