Public Records Request

South Broward Drainage District (SBDD) is a public agency subject to Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes concerning Public Records. All SBDD records are open for personal inspection and copying as provided for under Chapter 119, F.S.

In order to ensure the accuracy of the information being requested, SBDD requests that all public records requests be completed using the “Public Records Request” form to the right.

Every effort will be made to retrieve the requested documents in a reasonable manner and timeframe. It may take additional time to retrieve documents that are stored offsite. SBDD may request reimbursement for documents in accordance with Florida State Statues 119.07.
